PERFO-SD is best used on existing grass areas for grass reinforcement.
Typical applications include pedestrian paths, light use parking areas, aircraft runways & taxiways, helipads and equine.
The SD tiles with their 75% closed and smooth top surface are also ideal for mobility paths and wheelchair access.
Installation is normally carried out using a min 3.5 tonne vibro-roller, although smaller areas can be installed using motorised rammers and 500kg or larger wackers.
PERFO tiles are designed to cut into the existing turf and therefore when installed there is no edge or voids to backfill.
